So yes I'm a centrist. The FBI? That org. spies on all parties. So does the NSA. I'm sure they call it expedient. Still no Deep State as such. I'd call it ingrained preservation.
You've confirmed my response as the deep state swamp being a confluence of the like minded and entrenched bureaucrats. The FBI needs someone of the stature of Elliot Ness or a younger J. Edgar Hoover (before he morphed into the entrenched bureaucrat). Lacking that, I could only recommend sending in the Federal Marshals Service with written orders from the president as to what papers are to be immediately required. Any opposition should be met by immediate suspension and frog marched out of the HQ.
