While, I do not believe in global conspiracy composed of the Illuminati, the Rothschilds, or any other such group, I know there was such composed of the Soviets and their fellow travelers. That is dead. However, a deep state is self evident. No great organization with a Dr. No central HQ, but a confluence of special interests and academics within and without government.
