Drilling at Coal Oil Point in California could yield oil and gas in a couple of months. The equipment is nearby and available. Its called Coal Oil Point because about 100 barrels a day leaks from a nature fissure under the sea and has done so for a century or more. The ten years is rediculous on the face, as the Alaskan pipeline was build from scratch in much less time. Three years is a much more reasonable estimate.

Infrastructure construction will provide jobs, however, except for repairs and patches, not for several years. True, in the Depression, jobs were made overnight -- airports were built in a year, as was the Empire State Building. Because of the necessary permits, hearings and zoning requirements now required, two years will pass before one shovel of dirt is turned or one brick laid upon another. Liberals regulated such work to deathe. If one replies the regulations are necessary, observe the Empire State Building -- sturdily built, isn't it?

As the sun's waxing and waning of the solar winds is the main engine of climate change -- how does one purpose to change that -- a great shield in space?

As the planet has not experienced warming since 1995 or 1998 (estimates vary) the propaganda has gone from global warming to climate change -- its still major program to control the economy and provide tax dodges for such as Gore.
