Every year racial had improved until the Obamas got in the White House. However attacks on white males are on their way up and have been for years. 20 years ago in a meeting a 40 year old woman told a 23 year old male, "we have been putting up with it for hundreds of years, how does it feel?" my reply was he is 23 and had nothing to do with it, besides your not 100 years old. The next year at a regional meeting we were told promotions would go to minorities first. Which in our company equated to women. To fill quotas the company had started fast tracking women already for many years. Fast forward to now,,, more women in college, more women in jobs, more women in congress and still less women in military and hard labor jobs.
Women aren't the problem. More power to women if they want to serve in the military, work hard labor jobs, or congress.
