Michael Moore extolled the Cuban healthcare system -- using as examples, the hospitals reserved for Communist party apparat, Politburo and foreigners with money. All the while ignoring the hundreds of prisons that grew up in the Cuban regime. Cuban doctors who've deflected usually prove to have the skills of an Army medic -- good enough for EMT, but not a physician.
