It would make more sense to have the muslim sit 90 degrees to the left or right rather than rotate the toilet. That's like spinning your house to put in a light bulb.

Besides, it's prison. When is prison supposed to be comfortable? I say take away the toilets and give them buckets. That way they can face whatever direction they want.
