well naw Kenny, unions are not in the business to be competitive with sweat-shop minimum wages.
Their business is to provide skills so the businesses produce the quality product or service. Everything else falls in place with a quality product or service including profit and happiness for all.
Why pay some union guy $20 an hour to hang dry wall when can pay someone else $12 an hour to do it?
