I have to know a few things first...what kind of neighborhood? Are we talking garden homes here or does each home have over an acre of land?

See, I love my current neighbors. There is a pasture to the left, and a 1/2 acre to the right, a pond between us and the guy behind us, and a drive and some land for the guy across. We get along great. Where we used to live the neighbors were just too close.
