All on thier own? As far as unions go they are a bad thing. Not the members. Just thier unions. These members are required to pay dues to work in certain states. And then the unions give Millions of dollars to democratic canidates no matter what the members want. Kind of like taxation without representation.
These unions dictate to state and local gov'ts what will be. Even when the states and local gov'ts are bankrupt. The @#*! with the taxpayersa that are paying for everything. Prop try not to counterdict yourself in the future.

Unions operate in accordance with a contract that has been negotiated via a collective bargaining process. Unions only get what has been agreed upon.
