As a Nam vet, myself, I've seen too many fakes. I remember the reports of so many homeless Vietnam vets in the 1980s. A study was made that revealed that 80 percent of those claiming to be Nam vets never served and 10 percent did serve, but not in Nam. Only 10 percent of those claiming to be Vietnam vets were the real thing.
