I have a friend who says today's dems are just like her MIL. Her mil was a yellow dog democrat. The in-laws came to see my friend's new house and when she saw the wallpaper in the dining room she immediately started running it down, saying it was too dark, the colors were ugly, she would take it down if it was her, yadda, yadda. My friend told her she hated it too but that her husband, the MIL's son had picked it. She was laughing when she told me that "the b**** said, but it's so beautiful even if it is dark". Her husband walks in and my friend says to him, "your Mother loves the wallpaper you picked out". Mommy says, "on yes, it's elegant and beautiful". Friend's husband goes, "I didn't pick out anything. I leave that all up to (his wife)". Mommy is standing there with egg on her face. Dems always have egg on their faces.
