So, if one identifies as real news, one is not the enemy of anyone. If, one identifies as fake news, one is an enemy of the truth.

Again, Republicans have to take responsibility for their rhetoric and stop playing semantics. If one identifies as a Republican, they have to accept responsibility for the actions of Trump. And it's not 'if one identifies as fake news', it's if Trump identifies them as 'fake news'. Lets stop playing semantics and be responsible adults.
