Mentone , Alabama. Great cabins and resorts on top of Lookout Mountain. Awesome views on the brow. Attractions are numerous: Desoto Falls, Desoto State Park, Sequoyah caverns, Little River Falls and Little River parkway. Snow skiing from Dec. 15-March weather permitting at Cloudmont. Really nice golf course called Lil' Mole has an island green and bent grass greens. It's the secret miniture version of Gatlinburg. 30 miles east of Scottsboro. Do a google on it.
