I don’t think any clamps on the first amendment are necessary. These clowns are harassing private individuals at a private function. That is not a protected activity. I am hoping the appellate judge is only forcing this to the Supreme Court in order to get it banned once and for all. If not, then he needs to be removed for incompetence.
