I'm a frugal shopper and I suggest Burke's for underwear and jewelry (gifts).

They color code their sale items. Many are up to 90% off (that's their price--not the original price).

Also, anyone under 50 gets 10% off on Friday; anyone over 50 gets 10% off on Monday. So, I've purchased some very name brand jewelry that originally cost 65.00 for just .35. Great to give or keep.
