We were supposed to have weather like Florida's before now, (predicted in the 50s), because of the changing jet streams. Plus, climate change is not necessarily a bad thing.

One of the positives I read was that it would create rich, fertile, much needed farmland.

That being said plus the rain we've gotten recently, we in north Alabama are still in stages of drought ranging from moderate in Lauderdale to extreme in Lawrence.
