good article, however not the whole story. the Navajos in that area are 100% funded by taxpayers. EBT, free medical, etc., their "elders" have squandered money just as our congress has. People want to blame us, when in reality support has been there however not used properly. I knew someone that escaped the reservation, he would be the first to blame the "elders".
