But on a happy note, the churches in America are still worth BILLIONS and who gives a flying rip about Appalachia when there are illegals to support and give sanctuary from those mean old government folks?

That's painting all churches with a pretty broad brush.

I can promise you the church I attend is not worth billions. We don't even have our own building, we meet in a middle school. We do what we can to help others with what we have. We've sent people to help out in Hati, sent support to Alabama after the tornadoes, and we've sent people to help out orphanages in India.

Last Sunday instead of meeting at the middle school, some of our church members gave free oil changes for those who couldn't afford it, others worked by cleaning up a lower income area, and others cleaned up an historic site and park.

So it's not accurate to lump all churches together and say they're worth billions and do nothing. There are a lot of churches doing a lot of good out there.
