I am not familiar with "News With Views." The article contains a glaring error. Demerol is not stronger than morphine; however, one could OD on either. I would prefer to see an article on this subject from an AP writer.

I don't know who these medical personnel were, but Demerol reaches a threshold, morphine does not. Morphine is also the drug of choice for a non-chronic pain event at this time. It sounds like a house of horrors.
