hypocritical? did you hear the yells, rudeness as he tried to speak to the press? yet the left cried about how bad a 15 year old was who stood silent. Sad of all the hate on the left side.

Lets see... The Russians gave Assange the stolen emails. Assange gave Stone the info. Stone coordinated with Assange and TeamTrump. How many forum Republicans were screaming about some insider at the DNC being the leak? How many forum Republicans were screaming about Hillary while the facts were being presented to them? How many forum Republicans ever thought Mueller's 'witch hunt' would produce a whole coven of witches? Winning is a relative term, I guess.

Roger Stone indicted on charges brought by special counsel

L. Cranston ·
Roger Stone has been indicted by a grand jury on charges brought by special counsel Robert Mueller, who alleges that the longtime Donald Trump associate sought stolen emails from WikiLeaks that could damage Trump's opponents at the direction of "a senior Trump Campaign official." The indictment's wording does not say who on the campaign knew about Stone's quest, but makes clear it was multiple people. This is the first time prosecutors have alleged they know of additional people close to the...

This was my email to Roger Bedford, "You told the Alabama Political Reporter and I quote, "The Republican Supermajority chose to play to the fears as well as the racism of a small section of Alabama voters which make up, sadly, a huge voting block of the Republican primary." Do you have any proof of any racism? Since when was obeying the law racist? And how is Alabama's law any different than the federal law which president Obama refuses to enforce? Your comments were out of line and calling...

Semi is right. Franklin county loves the man and keeps voting him back into office. I say enough is enough. Let's get somebody else in there.

Assuming the new districts hold up I would actually have to look to see if we in Tuscumbia would have Bedford. I saw someone on Facebook a few weeks ago say that downtown Florence said they didn't want him because they were jealous of all he had done for his district. That didn't make sense to me and neither does Bedford.

And to think Roger Bedford has been the Senate Finance Committee chairman every other year--with great influence over State budgets? Talk about putting the fox in a hen house. Everyone that re-elects this guy needs to be ashamed of themselves. Needless to say, Alabama's finances are in shambles. And, the State Senate is the most exclusive boy's club in the State--full of high egos and worthless individuals.

I heard a fellow one time who said, "he may be a crook, but he's our crook"....and as long as he continues to bring pork back into Franklin county and serve it up to his constituents they will continue to put him back in office. It is a shame.

Don't just tell people on this forum about how you feel. We all need to tell our neighbors and co-workers how we feel about this and vote people like Bedford out. It just seems to me that most of the people who have simular mind sets in this country are all democrats. I have been a yellow dog democrat most of my life but not anymore. The democratic party has abondoned it's base for left leaning lebrals and their beliefs. Vote Obama out!

This is what Bedford told the Alabama Political Reporter in its entirety and I quote, “The ruling shows that once again the Republican Supermajority has wasted hundreds of thousands of dollars in taxpayers money. They have unnecessarily threatened and endangered Alabama’s economy and our image." He went on to say, “Real leadership would have waited a few months, seen what the U.S. Supreme Court said is constitutional and what’s not and then we could have come with a rational plan,” said...

BREAKING NEWS! I actually got a response to my email from Mr. Bedford. This is what he just sent me less than 5 minutes ago and I quote, "Sadly the President and both US Senate and US House of Rep. have ignored and refused to solve the very serious problem of immigration in America. Is part of the GOP Img. Policy playing to the sad issue of racism , yes. The truth sometimes hurts but must be recognized to grow beyond it. No one is for illegal immigration including me and you ." This was my response back to him, " Because the Federal government refuses to address the issue of immigration State governments had to. Then the Supreme Court ruled yesterday that it's Federal issue only, State governments cannot pass their own laws and I respect their decision but for you to say that the Republicans in Alabama passed immigration reform just to please the racist members of their electorate is baseless." Still waiting for a reply.

This is what Alabama state Senator Roger Bedford said concerning the Supreme Court's decision on Arizona's illegal immigration law and its effects on Alabama's law, "The ruling shows that once again the Republican Supermajority has wasted hundreds of thousands of dollars in taxpayers money. They have unnecessarily threatened and endangered Alabama’s economy and our image. The Republican Supermajor ity chose to play to the fears as well as the racism of a small section of Alabama voters which...
