Brown 1-2 pounds of ground beef and drain. in a crockpot add 2 cans of white beans 2 cans of pinto's 1 can whole kernal corn (drained) 2 cans of rotel 1 package hidden valley ranch powder 1 package of taco seasoning mix together then add hamburger meat.. I just cook mine on low in the crockpot until heated well. Serve with cheese, sour cream and corn chips!

Weight Watchers Taco Soup 1 lb ground turkey 1 large onion, chopped 1 package Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix 1 package taco seasoning mix 1 can each: pinto beans, chili hot beans, corn, stewed tomatoes and one can Mexican style stewed tomatoes Brown the meat and onions, drain. Add in dressing and taco mixes. Then, without draining, add all of the other ingredients. Simmer 1 hour. Make 12 - one cup servings. Points Value: 2

Roll Tide! I heard John Croyle speak this week. Very moving and inspirational. If you have an opportunity to hear him speak, I highly recommend it. He said that the Big Oak Ranch (that he founded) currently serves as home for approx 100 kids. 26 of these kids currently attend college. Those that attend Auburn are fondly referred to as "mission work".

Had ‘em tonight GBRK – thanks for the recommendation! I got the fried pickles as one of my side items. Our waiter, Justin, was great!! BTW, the best fried pickles (slices) I’ve ever had are from The Fish Market in B’ham – theirs are even good cold, if you can imagine that. They come with ranch dressing to dip them in.
