makes no sense but that's a typical response from serial mouth drooler dire straits - voter fraud is a myth unless you call 31 insatnces in ONE BILLION votes enough to undermine a constitutional right therefore undermining democracy -----only the most simpleton minds can be convinced that heathcare and education is a bad thing for America - you'll wind up with more dire straits walking the streets -= nothing going on above their eyebrows

Wozzie, most would understand what I stated. You, on the other hand, require remedial help. Those few instances (31) were all that were caught because there was no mechanism to catch them -- internal controls to prevent and expose fraud. Voter ID requirement laws are internal controls to exposed vote fraud. Less people vote where voter ID laws exist because they don't won't to be caught.
