Knowing that it will take months and months to analyze and test and maybe way too degraded even for that and yet another waste of time and money.

NOW, since DNA has been in use for about 15 years.

NOW after knowing that this man had killed before, escaped jail, stole cars, abducted a woman.

NOW after all this time and information this whole thing comes up for 'scrutiny'.

NOW after him losing the case against him about lethal injection being cruel and unusual punishment.

NOW, his daughter who visited this summer after NOT seeing him for more than a decade, yet all this is STILL going on, and in the media hype.

Yes it should be given to the defense & Riley should give him a stay.

YES but analyzed by the State & defense at the same time in an unbiased lab.

NO, he has already commited too many crimes and it is time for his sentence to be carried out.
