It's worth pointing out that even if Republicans won every single Democratic Senate seat that's up this year and held on to every Republican seat, they'd still only have 59 Senators, which is far short of the 67 they'd need to override a presidential veto. So you can forget about Congress repealing this any time soon even in the event of a Republican landslide unless a significant number of Senate Democrats for some reason decide to reverse their position and vote to repeal the law they just passed.
