From what I understand Mr. Hill has never applied for any position other than the Brooks position because that's where he wanted to stay so I would bet he would not take the job at Rogers. I think that is what the problem was he was trying to get his first postion as a principal as an 11 month position which is usually not done. Usually first principal jobs are 10 month positions and then you work up to an 11 month position. Mrs. Himber had put her time in as a 10 month principal in a part time principal and part time sp. ed teacher then moved to a 10 month assistant principal job so it was her time to move to an 11 month position which is more pay because you have to attend the after school activities and work an extra month in the summer.
