Hi B,

Since you have stated emphatically in another post that YOU ARE NOT A CHRISTIAN -- I suppose you can claim to believe in gods.  You can even claim to believe in Deep's gods of his Religion of Nothing -- or you can call upon your New Age gods or your Wicca gods.

However, I will stay a Creationist who believes in the one God of the Bible.  But, thank you for your concern.

God bless, have a wonderful, blessed day,

Bill

Thanks uno, for showing your complete ignorance and stupidity, not to mention

your lying, in as little as 27 words. but thats about all you can do about it.

I believe in the God that created the Heavens and the earth. The very same one that was sent by His father to die for our sins. The same one that was murdered by his own people for a crime he did not commit. The same one that hung on on Old Rugged Cross and bled and died for yours and my sins. The same one that now sits at the right hand of Father God. The very same one that some day will come again for his people sitting on a white horse. The same one that all believers In Him will spend eternity with. His name is Jesus Christ and he loves us beyond our comprehension. I wish you would accept Him today before it's to late.

Oh Jesus, I thought you were going to say Mithra.

Bestworking, where do you think your freedom came from? Battles that were fought before you were even born where men and women died for the very freedom you enjoy now. You still enjoy your freedom at anothers expense. Same thing for Jesus. No, you didn't ask Jesus to die for you no more than you asked those thousands of servicemen to die so you could have freedom but the fact remains that SOMEONE DID DIE FOR YOU so that you could live a free person.

Hi Jennifer,

You really have ONLY ONE sin for which you WILL stand judgment.  What is that one sin?  It is the sin of denying God.   Whether you adamantly believe He does not exist -- or whether you will admit, to yourself, that He does indeed exist, but, you just do not want Him in your life -- THAT IS DENYING GOD.

And, that is the one sin for which you WILL be convicted.   Does it matter that you will have to only answer for that one sin?   Well, let's take the case of a fictional serial murderer.   He has killed over 100 people; but, is convicted and executed for killing only one of those people.  Does it matter to him that he was convicted and executed for only one murder -- or should he demand his day in court for all 100 murders?

He can only be convicted and executed once.

And, you can only be judged and condemned by your personally chosen lifestyle once.  You choose to deny God; you choose to spend eternity in hell.  It is that simple.

How can YOU blame anyone but YOURSELF?  YOU are choosing this eternal home.  He is not choosing it for you.  YOU are given the ability and the right, i.e., "free will" -- to choose you own eternal home -- and YOU are, to date, choosing to spend eternity in hell -- YOUR CHOICE.   And, my Friend, you will have to live with that choice -- eternally.

Yes, Jennifer, you can huff and puff -- declaring that I, or some other Christians, are condemning you to hell.   No so, my Friend.  This is 100% YOUR choice.  No one will, or can, make this decision for you.  I cannot, no one can -- only you

All we are doing is telling the spiritually blind person that he/she is walking toward a cliff.

God bless, have a wonderful, blessed day,

Hi Ditto,

True, churches are full of sinners, mostly "forgiven sinners" -- and hypocrites.   But, not to worry, we can always accommodate one more.  We will make room for YOU, one more hypocrite will not break the bank.

On the other hand, that could be ONLY an excuse, right?   Sort of like the young kid who does not like brocolli, "But, mommy, that brocolli will cause me to have pimples!"  And, super intelligent, all knowing mommy tells you, "Not to worry.  I have the right medicine to cure your pimples."

Ditto, God has the right medicine to cure your disbelief and even to cure the hypocrisy of excuse making to avoid going to church.  You can read about it in the Bible -- and, it is a sure cure for all who will take the medicine faithfully.

God bless, have a wonderful, blessed day,

Hi Jennifer,

Then, since "sins" are imaginary -- are you telling us that YOU have never sinned?  Really?  Have you never done anything wrong -- never taken a paper clip which did not belong to you -- never spoke badly of another -- never looked at a man or boy with lustful thoughts -- never received an overpayment on a check or from a store clerk, and did not report it or make the correction -- never cursed  another -- have never drunk too much alcohol -- never spoke evil or in anger against people of another ethnic group or race?

Of course, we could go on.  But, can YOU say that YOU have never done any of this?   If so, you must be Jesus Christ -- for only He was and is the perfect human.

No, Jennifer, sins are not imaginary.   We, as humans, have two kinds of sin.  First is our "sin nature" which we inherited from Adam.  And, second, are the thousands upon thousands of sins we commit every day of our lives.

Jesus Christ came to earth in a human body to purchase, through His perfect blood, a "full pardon" for our sin nature -- and to provide an avenue through which we can, daily, gain forgiveness for our many sins.  All a person has to do to be set free from his/her sin prison is to accept His "paid in full" pardon and walk out of that sin prison cell which has been binding the person all his/her life.

The cell door is standing open, the "full pardon" has been paid -- and, yet, many folks just keep sitting in their sin nature cell as though they were bound by shackles.  No, my Friend, the shackles were removed by the blood of Jesus Christ.  You are free to walk into eternal freedom in Christ.  But, YOU have to make that choice.

Yes, Jennifer, you are a sinner.  But, your pardon has been paid.

Why are you still sitting in that cell?

God bless, have a wonderful, blessed day,

Bill

You mean all the things you do?  Using your logic you are done for. And I can honestly say I have never looked at a boy with lust.

No the New Testament does claim children are born with sins:

The New Testament proclamations that Jesus was God's perfect sacrifice for the sins of the world and that Jesus fulfilled the law in this regard are simply blatant misrepresentations of the Old Testament teachings.

One of the key assertions of the New Testament (NT) writers was the concept of "original" sin. This doctrine claims that sin is hereditary and is passed to all humans through Adam. While the Old Testament (OT) indicates man has an inclination to sin, it is does not originate from one person (Adam). The NT verses which establish this doctrine leave no room for anyone to escape this hereditary sin from Adam.

BELOW is what is said about children.

Jesus Himself said: “Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of God” (Mark 10:14, emp. added). Paul declared that none who are unclean can enter into the kingdom of heaven (Ephesians 5:5). Jesus added: “[U]nless you are converted and become as little children, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven” (Matthew 18:3, emp. added). If children come to the world with a “fallen human nature and tainted by original sin” (to use the words of the Catechism), why would men have to become as little children, who are also “contaminated” with sin? The Bible is clear: sin is not inherited. No baby has ever been born bearing the guilt of Adam’s sin. No one bears the responsibility for Adam’s sin but Adam himself.

Ya know, 5000 babies have died just in the last hour.  Starvation, accidents, abuse, you name it. They generally died horribly.

If Jesus is so concerned about kids, why does he let that happen?

This single fact is why even if you proved a God existed today, I would still NEVER bow down and worship such an evil, spiteful being. I don't see how you folks sleep with yourselves.

Why don't you just start numbering them, Unob? It would save so much trouble.

1) Christians are deluded

2) God doesn't exist, but He's a tyrant

3) Christianity is waning

4) If I take these verses out of context, they contradict each other

5) Christians have killed lots of people but atheists never harmed anyone

See? There's a starter for you. Now you can just post the number instead of having to write it out. And you can STILL ignore the answers we give you, just like you always have.

___________

Those are just the ones that are born.  God ends 15-20% of all known pregnancies, and no telling how many he chooses to end before the mother is aware that she is pregnant.

If atheists were in charge, there would be widespread availability of birth control.  Thanks to your god and your religion, condoms and any other form of birth control is no allowable.

I do as much as I can locally.  I hope that other will be inspired and do the same. If we all pitched in a little this world will be a better place.  But that's ok, I'm sure you will pray for these starving little children and beg your god to get off his fat butt and actually do something about it.
