That's scary stuff.

The government's main role is to protect it's citizens, not to "bail out" corporations that are poorly managed.

Too many people today expect the government to provide health care and retirement for them. Both are pretty much useless if the government can't perform it's main duty, keeping our country safe from enemy attack.

We're in a pretty vulnerable spot right now.
I suspect that the Dem's will go back to using the military as a jobs program for the untrained unemployable youth of this country. Perhaps the draft will be coming back. Our soldiers will only be allowed sticks and rocks for equipment as some congress-critters will also choose to cut the Defense Budget.
