Homeland eyes special declaration to take charge of elections

Since the founding of the republic, elections have primarily been handled at the state and local levels, just like health care used to be. I suspect that the present kleptocracy would be favorable to a Obama'don'care like voting scheme even over the corpses of the past patriots and the still bleeding modern ones.
usually, you republicans wait till you lose the election before you start making excuses.

The handwriting is on the wall. BTW, who's fixing it? And for which side?

If, the Department of Homeland Security takes charge of the elections, who do you think? Who do they report to!

Who urged the illegals to vote? Who do the dead people vote for?

Here's the thing about it. IF this had been a news story at the end of George Bush's administration YOU KNOW you would be the first on here to not post a question but make/post a dogmatic statement and call for impeachment. Just look at how many Liberals are still seeking to blame George Bush for obvious failures of Obama and then how often do you still hear that Bush stole the 2000 Election from Al Gore, through Florida.
Given Hillary's proven record of dishonesty and doing anything to get what she wants along with overtly apparent and flagrant use of the IRS for abuses against Conservative Tea Party groups as well as a Justice Department that all but is totally compromised when it comes to prosecuting crimes against prominent democratic politicians, it is highly reasonable to suspect that Homeland Security is just as politically partisan and corrupted as all other Executive Government branches of Government.
In essence to say that you wouldn't be making the exact same allegations, if it was a Republican administration in power, is stretching your credibility to the breaking point.
lets clearly state your claim... 'because the irs targeted tea party groups'... homeland security will steal elections.
yep, i can understand how i'm 'stretching my credibility'... meanwhile, trump gets caught lying again, yesterday. today, more 'lying hillary' comments.
Drumpf can lie to his idiot sheep all day long it doesn't matter - facts mean nothing to these drooling hillbillies

There always will be those that firmly believe that election fixes are in and that elections are either stolen or affected to the point where they are decided in favor of another party or candidate. Democrats were fully convinced that Bush did not defeat Al Gore in 2000 due solely to Florida's outcome and decisions made by Republicans, whether in Congress or Florida itself.
Problem is that today it very much is possible to affect elections to achieve victory by stacking the deck with illegal votes. People have always said that the dead have elected candidates, from all over the country and I'm sure there is a measure of truth in that at some local levels however we have allowed such an influx of illegals into the nation and certain states and given them driver's licenses along with elimination of voter id laws that their numbers very well could swing an election in favor of the Democrats on a permanent basis virtually eliminating our two party system.
Another very real possibility is the altering of vote counts from a digital source whereby data is changed or corrupted by hackers making it seem a certain desired outcome is achieved. Given the over abundance of liberally biased media outlets you can also be assured that no investigation, or reporting on, of such activities would ever be realized. It is very much within the realm of possibility that such could occur with the 2016 election as with any election in the future, more so than at any in the past. At least that's what I believe.
