when the media says " the world thinks", it means this is our view. Why is everyone so concerned about other countries? people breaking the law? when we have so many problems already? we have crime, fatherless families, Schools already overloaded with kids that don't have support at home. the list goes on and on.
Viewed the Secretary of Homeland Security, she stated there were 12,000 children now in ICE facilities. Of those 12,000 about 2,000 were those separated by ICE, while their parent(s) were detained. The other 10,000 were minors found crossing unaccompanied. Interesting we hear little of those.
Perhaps you people could watch a different news station, other than fox, tonight. You may be shocked to find out Republicans are now blaming Trump's policy for separating children from their parents.
If, those desiring to claim asylum status present themselves and children, at a legal point of entry along the border, they will be processed and the family kept together while their application is processed.
Only those caught in the act of crossing at unguarded places are detained and their children separated from them. Most of that area is desert. Why are parent(s) not charged with reckless endangerment of the child, as well as illegal entry? As to the 10,000 I mentioned earlier, why, if their parents appear in the US, aren't they charged with abandonment and reckless endangerment of their child(ren), besides illegal entry?

WRONG!
NPR had an article on, sunday, I think, where they had an actual reporter at the border and were recording. The officer split up a family, ON RECORDING, at a legal checkpoint. Imagine that, liarstraights has no clue what he's talking about, yet again.

Funny how this incident isn't mentioned in any searches.

Funny how I found it, in a search, in under 2 min.

From the idiot that posts articles from sources known for their lies and conservative spin.
You know how to tell when a conservative is guilty of something? When they accuse a liberal of something, that's what conservatives are guilty of doing. Conservatives believe everyone is just like them. If they're guilty of doing it, liberals must be doing it too.

Just shows the left is not interested in the children as humans, only how they can use them to push their agenda.

Trump set up a policy to use children, taken from their families, to get funding for his 'border wall' and you accuse the 'left' of pushing their agenda? Do you ever visit reality?

The pictures of kids locked in dog kennel like enclosures to sleep were made in 2014.
The Trump policy created this story. The same Trump who claimed the problem couldn't be fixed by an Executive order. The same Trump who fixed the self made problem with an Executive order. Denial by the Right Wing factions makes it no less true. Facts don't have a side or a political affiliation.
