Les Moonves has been denied his 120 Million severance he was expecting to draw from CBS because of his actions while in his former position.  Somehow though I don't feel he's going to be needing to put his photo on cans and seek donations at the corner drug stores.  I think he's going to be well taken care of with what he's already taken from CBS through the years and with his stock options that I'm sure he enjoyed partaking in.

I'm sure though that losing the 120 Million severance bothers him and upsets him but I think it's more a pride issue than a need one.  Maybe the fact that he's going to miss out on this will be some consolation to the, probably, many that he has offended and taken advantage through the years.  No doubt some of those will be able to seek recompense from CBS or possibly Moonves himself (doubtful) but you just know there are some that were trampled over through the years that never will get restitution for what they endured or suffered.

Some people don't have sympathy for the ones that fell victim to such a person because they feel they did what they did in attempts to better themselves and it was just something "that you had to do" in order to achieve.  Then there are those like Cybil Shepard who very likely did suffer real loss account they wouldn't give in to what was expected of them, expected by Moonves who certainly was in a position to tank people's careers.  At least at CBS in that industry.  We may never know just how many people there are or were that suffered or that made unwanted concessions in order to keep their job, position, or to have some kind of gain.  Then too makes you wonder just how many Moonves or people like him there are still out there for you know it's still going on.
