Grijalva is from Arizona, The State has already passed a "Clean Elections" bill that meets all constitutional requirements. Campaign funds for candidates using the public funding provisions come from a surcharge on fines.
He is one of the two original sponsors of the bill.

I noticed, in a previous post, that some Congressmen will only reply via US Mail, and require a home address to be included in e mail. If you want to be assured of a reply, include a mailing address in your letter.
