I'm thinking neither side does, or they would shut up and let the attorneys handle it. Instead, we are subjected to high-school level drama.
As for defamation, there has to be some real (measurable - usually financial) harm. Hurt feelings and bad thoughts don't count.

I really hope that doesn't happen. For those of us that enjoy the forum and can act like adults its really unfair. Why should we lose the forum due to immature trouble makers? I don't get in the mess and I have no problems. There will always be disagreements but not on the level we have seen for the last week or so. That kind of behavior is just juvenile and ignorant.
If everyone would learn to just not respond to them then they would have nothing to fuel their fire.
I will say that if I were the owners of the Pizza Marina I would hire a lawyer and take away their double wide.
