Addmitted child sex offender to be released after 81 days in jail

It says he "assualted" not "raped" the girl. He was only convicted of a misdemeanor.

Please educate me. What is sexual assault and why is it a lesser crime?

Sexual assault is unwanted sexual contact that stops short of rape or attempted rape. Generally speaking there is not penetration nor contact with genitalia.

I've tried to stay out of this illegal alien thing, but I have to say this: I worked personnel at Wayne Poultry in Decatur. They bused the Mexicans in by the busloads. They had a liason named Graciela something who would go to the "labor camps" supposedly along the Rio Grande and recruit whole families of them. They were in theory legal because they had green cards. I worked benefits so I had to see each green card before they were enrolled for insurance. These guys spoke no English at all so they didn't know what was written on the cards apparently. They would just merrily hand me a green card with a birthdate of 1935 and a picture of a 25 year old male (the guy holding the card). Didn't even try to figure out the math.

I told the personnel manager and his supervisor. They were furious with me for saying anything about it. The OJPT people in Decatur are supposed to do On the Job Training and then hire from the pool of applicants. In this case they would hire the Mexicans using these very obviously fake green cards, run them through the OJPT program (state supplements the salaries of these displaced workers) and let the poultry plant pay them less money out of their pockets. The poultry plant also got them apartments (sometimes 15 or so in a 2 bedroom apartment which is against the law, too) in some of the apartment complexes in Decatur. They tore down the screens, slept on wall to wall mattresses, wrote on the walls, It was a mess. We would get complaints all the time from apartment managers because the men would be hanging out at the apartment pools trying to come on to 10-11 year old girls that lived there. I figured it was because most of them were sort of sawed off and short and the girls were about their height.

I called Immigrations myself several times, but got no response. I think later they actually raided the place a time or two but it was like killing fire ants. You clear out one mound they just move more in. I just quit out of disgust.

Been to Russellville lately? They shoud rename it Little Mexico!

Let's be fair here-some of them are from Guatemaula. I have read that 1 in 3 Russellville inhabitants is now Hispanic. Visit Wal-Mart any night of the week and you'll think those stats should be 1 in 2. These individuals cash their payroll checks in the check-out lines, so they don't have a bank account. They do have, or at least most of them, nice cars which they purchased somewhere. They can't read since they enter the exit door and exit at the ones marked entrance, almost knocking down eldery shoppers (I simply stand my ground until they move out of the way). They also don't seem to know Arabic numerals since they enter the 10 or less lines with huge baskets of merchandise.

I realize these individuals cannot find work in their homelands, but unless they are prepared to learn English and act with civility, we don't need them here.

I agree with vic13 & FirenzeVeritas. I refer to Russellville as little mexico & everyone around the area automatically knows what I'm referring to. I've had the nasty perverted mexicans follow me & try talking to me all of the time even when I'm with my husband which is very disrespectful. They've done it w/ my mom & sister & it makes me upset, & has bout caused a few an a** beating from my dad. About these young girls, I've seen it all around, even in front of girls parents, I have said a thing or two to them whether they can understand me or not. That is ridiculous. Anyone can mark it down if I ever have a daughter & whether it's a hispanic illegal alien or american man period touched, stalking, following, looking @, or making sexual advances I will hurt someone. Parents need to pay closer attention to their children also, & not let their daughters be dancing along the road in a bikini, or walking down the road in bathing suits, or giving a petafile the idea of an easy target. I see it all of the time, & when some disgusting,twisted, child predator comes along & rapes, & kills, kidnaps their child they can't figure it out. Most of the time it's the lack of parental watch. There has been times that I have considered calling the law on people that I don't know, to report children even ages 4 & under playing out on the road with no one outside watching them, & shouldn't be on the road anyways. I don't try to tend to others lives @ home, but sometimes I guess it is necessary. I just always think ,would I be able to live with myself if that little girl gets picked up, or ran over, & what are the parents doing, drugs or what?

Let 'em go to Bank of America, they will give them an account, with a PICTURE DEBIT ID CARD, and WITH that card, they can go and get a drivers license, and from that point on, they are considered citizens by anyone who don't know this bank is doing that for illegals.

Reminds me of Miami, where they named it little Cuba after all the cubans came over here, took jobs, heck are now even police officers, mayors, and the like.. yep, they came, got totally free education, got a lump sum payment from our gov't for housing/furniture, and food stamps, and medicaid... I am in no way a fan of BoFA or illegal aliens, but you can NOT use a debit card (picture or no picture) to obtain a driver's license. That is outright hysterical ranting.

I also get approached sometimes by these people. They will follow you around... they do not care if you are married or not. They have no respect for women or they would not act like they act. I don't know where they get off thinking any woman in there right mind would give them the time of day. As for my daughter, if this guy had done to her (rape or sexual assult, it is all the same to me) he would be one dead SOB.

I live in Russellville, I go to Wal-mart saturday morning about 8:00 AM and buy Groceres during the week, you go to buy Groceries on the weekend and you have messed up. I can tell you a way to get rid of all of them, cut out the Entitlements and make them live and pay everything like we have to and lots would leave but as long as they get everything free they will go nowhere

But Ed! People on these very forums will tell you that all those Mexicans are going to work every day and paying into social security and not getting any welfare benefits! Why, those Mexicans are doing jobs that Americans won't do. They are also contributing to our failing social security system. Surely you believe all that, right? You have seen them going to work and you know their employers are taking the money out of their checks. You know you have to be a US Citizen to get welfare, so there is no way the ILLEGALS are getting any benefits.
