I would think UncleGus is your man....Big name companies are good...but you can't beat hands on experience...

Fuller has been great to me, replaced my coil in my Lennox unit twice, free of charge, and i didnt purchase their warranty, only the parts were covered thru Lennox (coil kept growing mold, replaced with a teflon coated one). Their prices are a little higher than others, but they take care of you. I also used Gist in Killen, very hard to reach and actually get out to your house but once they do they're good.

Gist services in Killen has done a great job for us. Last summer, had to call them on a Saturday. It was extremely hot. The owner was out here within 30 minutes of the call, had to go get a part, and had my unit up in running in 2 hours. All for 65.00 dollars. Well worth it.
We have used Fuller, they did great job on the new install, but they use really cheap aftermarket parts to repair. We had the same repair by Fuller in 2008 that Gist did in 2010.

I have been told that Fuller Heating & Air was rated the #1 HVAC company in the 7 state TVA service area. Just sayin...
