They always wait and put the schedule out a week or two weeks from the Festival. I don't know why they don't put it out earlier. I understand some places may not have their bands booked by print time, but that is why we use "TBA". They surely have the majority of major events lined up at least a month in advance.

Saying that all of the participants, bands and/or locations have yet to be determined is a piss-poor excuse. IMHO, it is a cop-out due to the lack of knowledge/skill regarding modern/advanced programming & database applications by the individual contracted to maintain the site/information. With half the time & effort expended maintaining that circa 1990's MSWord printout, event information could (& should) be maintained 'on-the-fly' and even distributed to mobile phones, etc. BUT, when keeping the $$ in the family is at stake...ignorance becomes bliss.
