wow, con10duh double++er of God. ....some interesting data there.
i must know, did you check out the forums?
i also noticed a disclaimer at the end of the hardware.
it would be interesting to hear from some of our Catholic friends as to what participation they may be involved in
Well I guess I should, but I've never heard of Cilice. I've read of the suffering
people would put themselves through, not only in prayer, but also at times
during the day as a physical prayer (offering) out of love of God.
The actions of love from those who are willing to go through some discomfort
in what limited imitation of Jesus possible, because no one could go
through the pain he accepted for love of us, is saying thank you for what you
did for all of mankind. Thank you for opening the gates of Heaven and
thank you for the forgiving of our sins.
To sacrifice for love of God are the prayers that alert his Heart, not the
ridiculing smirk of some secular so called Christian.
For the past two thousand years people have suffered for the love of Jesus,
and he does over look the conceited bully who would laugh at the ones that
truly love the Trinity and are willing to offer their pain as Jesus willingly
offered his pain.
In the link I saw Matt 16: 24.......
I would add to that
1 Tim 6: 3-5
[3] If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to the sound words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to that doctrine which is according to godliness, [4] He is proud, knowing nothing, but sick about questions and strifes of words; from which arise envies, contentions, blasphemies, evil suspicions, [5] Conflicts of men corrupted in mind, and who are destitute of the truth, supposing gain to be godliness.
I think I'd rather wear some of these garments--rather than to live through the next 10 months of the Presidential Election.
Talk about torture!
My wife is already looking at Jack Bauer reruns on Netflix--7 years x 24= 128 hours. She's finished all 7 years, and is now starting with year one, episode one.
I'm thinking about going to Caillou on Netflix for the coming months--if I can get my wife off 24.

When your intentions are of malice and all you want is to belittle
others in attempting to make yourself look better, you just dig
and dig until you think there's something to embassass people.
I would never be embarrassed if I did anything to show my gratitude
to God. Skippy, do you think the people that suffer some pain really
care what some sick puppy thinks?
Is contendah any different than Bill or Extra. No, not really.

Sorry, I don't remember. I was not looking for this specific thing and it turned up on a sidebar and I clicked on it. I suppose you could find it by some careful Googling, using such terms as "Catholic," "corruption" and "self-torture".
