'The beauty of the Second Amendment is that it will not be needed until they try to take it.'

'When the people fear their government, there is tyranny; when the government fears the people, there is liberty.'

'And what country can preserve its liberties, if its rulers are not warned from time to time, that this people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms.'

'An elective despotism was not the government we fought for.' - Thomas Jefferson

I know Judas wasn't part of the Nativity scenes, but Bill Gray would make a perfect Judas.

If Johnny Depp was Joseph, there would be a lot of women lusting, myself included.

(There's no t in the name Joseph.)

In one of his books (possibly This Thing Don't lead to Heaven, but I am not certain of that), the great, underrated southern novelist, Erskine Caldwill, had a character who was selling "Black Jesus Bibles," which was considered an affront to the whiteys of the town.
