Well, at least this time nobody got shot, but now they are raiding people's gardens and locking them in handcuffs over them evil tomatoes.
What next, contraband squash ?

The best advice I would give is use aversion therapy. Find a lawyer who will work for a percentage and sue. If, government is sued regularly, some get the message. If, people were actually detained in handcuffs for 10 hours, instead of 45 minutes as the police claim, that alone would make for a pay out.
Wow. If someone seriously can't tell a tomato plant from a pot plant, then not only hasn't he or she been trained well, but doesn't have any common sense.
Just driving by fields of cotton and soy bean plants, while they are young, I can't tell the difference -- upclose, I can. Anyone ought to be able to tell the difference in tomato and MJ, even when the plants are young.
Just one more example of many why the "war on drugs" should be ended.
The article said that the victims stated that the cops really , really wanted to find MJ. Wonder why_ could it be that they wanted to steal these peoples farm ?

Local authorities had cited the Garden of Eden in recent weeks for code violations, including "grass that was too tall, bushes growing too close to the street, a couch and piano in the yard, chopped wood that was not properly stacked, a piece of siding that was missing from the side of the house, and generally unclean premises," Smith's statement said. She said the police didn't produce a warrant until two hours after the raid began, and officers shielded their name tags so they couldn't be identified.According to ABC affiliate WFAA, resident Quinn Eaker was the only person arrested -- for outstanding traffic violations.
Guess that'll teach them to leave a piano in the yard. The cops were clearly dealing with some desperate outlaws.

Sickening ! How some people can defend these kind of things is beyond my comprehension.
