I remember them rolling out a whole ribeye and cutting it to order and then cooking it over coals. I went there a few times and liked the fact that I could get a custom cut of beef (read: very thick) done the way I wanted.

Is there anywhere else that still does that?

Definitely better when Mike owned it although not as great as some thought imo,but decent
I went to Big Mike's in Florence a few times and it was great.

HE moved it to MSC himself and operated it until he sold out to 3 of his Employees. They did a good job, in my opinion, and I can honestly say I have never had anything bad from Big Mikes.

I wish they would rebuild and open in MSC just where they were before it burned down.
