Anyone here know that Bob Barr has thrown his hat into the ring?

I'm curious as to how this will play out, especially among southern conservatives and libertarians.

Any thoughts or comments?

What did he say that indicates he is for isolationism?

I haven't seen the interview. I did a quick search on YouTube and didn't see anything.
From just reading his website, I like a lot of his ideas. Too bad he waited so long to jump in.

I would vote for him if he had a chance. I'm worried about him taking votes away from McCain and Obama sneaking into office. I don't think McCain is the best choice, but my vote has to go with him to prevent Obama from winning.

This country needs more people like Barr and Dr. Paul in the White House, Senate, and Congress. This country was not meant to have a federal government this big and this wasteful. As long as the current two parties continue to swap power, it will just get worse.

Maybe he can get another commission to find out that Democrats are having sex ,so we can have more entertainment out of Washington. That was his claim to fame when he was senator.

The only reason you want folks to vote fro Barr is so he can do the same thing that Perot did for you, get the dim elected. That's how we ended up stuck with your boy Bubba.
