So there's this full color, quarter-page ad that's been running in the TD advertising some sort of "body cleansing" kit from a locally owned pharmacy.

The fact that this pharmacy can afford of quarter page ad to push this junk is indicative of the acceptance of this "crap" by the local population. This is not surprising, Thousands of scammers are making millions of dollars off the gullible across the nation.

I urge you to do your own research before you buy any product that claims to "cleanse" or "detoxify" your body of ANYTHING but especially your colon. This stuff is (at the very least) ineffective and (at worst) deadly.

A good starting point:

LOL Crusty!

Seriously, Skeptic, thanks for posting the info. It's a good article. I've always thought this stuff was another scam.

Besides, if you want to empty your colon, all you have to do is go on the Pre Colonoscopy diet. For 1 day, nothing but a shot of the liquid laxitive and clear liquids. WHEE! Smiler

I AM JOKING. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS AS A DIET! ONLY DO IT IF WHEN DOCTOR TELLS YOU TO DO IT BEFORE HAVING A COLONOSCOPY! SERIOUSLY!
