the people on the covers aren't nude. there are no "parts" showing.
Their policy is that it isn't illegal, so they can display it if they want too. If a 12 year old had wanted to buy a sexual instruction book, we would have had to sell it to them. Now, all it usually took was for an employee to walk down that aisle and the kids would run off, giggling. That was not the case with the little old men who would sit there for hours reading 'Letters to Penthouse". The same laws that apply to magazines do not apply to 'educational' material.
The complaintant is probably insists on having sex with the lights off, fully(almost) clothed and only for the purposes of procreation........
