Here's a partial description:

"The “BP Regional Oil Spill Response Plan – Gulf of Mexico” dated June 30, 2009 covers all of the company’s operations in the Gulf, not just the ill-fated Deepwater Horizon. The plan-:

•Lists “Sea Lions, Seals, Sea Otters [and] Walruses” as “Sensitive Biological Resources” in the Gulf, suggesting that portions were cribbed from previous Arctic exploratory planning;
•Gives a web site for a Japanese home shopping site as the link to one of its “primary equipment providers for BP in the Gulf of Mexico Region [for]rapid deployment of spill response resources on a 24 hour, 7 days a week basis”; and
•Directs its media spokespeople to never make “promises that property, ecology, or anything else will be restored to normal,” implying that BP will only commit candor by omission. Fuill article from PEER in this link.

Here is BP's so-called "Worst Case" narrative. YOu decide if they got it right::

And if you wish to read the whole sorry non-Plan, go here. Warning--over 500 pages of tripe:

Apparently between BP, Transocean, and the feds...nobody has a plan...or even a clue of how to plug this hole after six weeks. Of course not stopping it may be a plan. Wink
Its time to cram a 60 kt nuke down the hole and nuke that sucka! Fuse the hole and seal it up. Worked for the Soviets about six times.

I see Obama has assembled a team of five nuclear physicists. Maybe, he'll get the message.
It seems wierd to me that the explosion happened just after the messiah announced less restrictions on drilling. Maybe eco-terrorist are responsible for what has happened. Or maybe barry obama had it done so that he could use it as an excuse to control the oil industry.

There is just so much with the use of a nuclear weapon that we don't know what will happen. It could make the hole bigger, radioactivity spreading into the ocean. I'm all for stopping it any way possible, but we certainly shouldn't jump to something as dangerous as a nuclear weapon.
