You get to pick the meat. We both ordered the ribeye and what he did with it was to die for. The sides were fantastic. One of us got fried smoked gouda grits and marinated sauteed french green beans (like the ones at Outback) and one of us got delicious sauteed julienned (sp?) vegetables and a wonderful cous cous. Yes...we took a risk. YES.....it was WORTH it!!!
