Yes, very good story. She should be very proud, she did a great job, and seems to have done a great job the past 25 years. We need ppl like her in our school system.
When I was a child in elementary school the bus drivers I always had were either quiet or just plain mean! It's refreshing to know that there are bus drivers out there who make an effort to get to know the children on their rout. Just by looking at her picture you can tell she's full of love and warmth for this little girl.

Kudos to this bus driver for her quick reaction. She did a great job and I'm glad she is getting recognized. I only had one bad bus driver -- the rest were quiet but you knew where the line was and not to cross it. lol. One thing this brings out though is that all employees -- including bus drivers -- need to be formally trained in CPR and probably First Aid.
