And well he should be, because he is going to have a lot of explaining to do when he meets his maker on the Day of Reckoning. He's going to have to explain about all the innocent souls who went to early graves and all the suffering he has caused.

Unfortunately for him, I don't think his administration's usual tactics to defend themselves are going to work then. "I don't recall", is not gonna get it. Anybody got any ice cubes??

You are totally correct, but how is anyone to know? I just know that from the Bible that I read, that GWB follows NONE of it, but goes around saying he is a Christian...

And that really bothers me... my faith in our loving God is such that when someone is hypocritical about it just to get people to THINK it, then they are playing "God" in people's minds... and that is wrong.
Who really cares how your feel about the religious belief of a man hired to do a secular job? I mean even if you are God and have the right to judge the man I don't care if he is going to hell and I could certainly care less if some dumb ass on the times daily forum speculates he is.

Send me a picture of Bush in hell and I'll be impressed but get his address because I'll want to send a post card.

Who knows, maybe you won't need his address --you'll be able to hand-deliver it.... ?? Just joshing....
Has there been a President, in either party, that doesn't have innocent blood on their hands. Bush had to made big boy decisions because the fight came to our soil, which hasn't happened in a few years.
If you Democrats get into office, set a date for bringing the troops home, the killing will slow down until the troops leave, then it will get ugly. Thats in Irag then in the US. This is from military people that know.

Because he got elected on taking so much about Christianity and getting rid of Abortion and all the Christ-like things that politicians SAY to get votes, ...and so far, he has not only NOT lived up to it, ...he has gone the OTHER direction, the direction that gets people KILLED.

AGAIN... What happened on OUR soil on 9/11 has absolutely NOTHING to do with IRAQ... NOTHING!!! It has NOTHING to do with Democrats, and NOTHING to do with Republicans... it was Bin Ladin who is in Afghanastan!!!!

Iraq is about OIL... MONEY.. .. OIL.. MONEY... and innocents are getting killed EVERY day because of nothing but GREED.

Bush might claim to be A Christian and at one time he might have been, but his fruits show evil and makes me question his Christian ways.

We All Fear GOD that knows he is real even the devil fears GOD and he should.
We should not come to GOD out of fear but come to GOD out of love for him.
Hey, I'm getting in with singed tail feathers myself, so who am I to judge? Smiler

I hope I'm not stepping on toes too hard, but if I hear "we took the war to them" or "if we pull out, they'll bring the war to us" one more time, I'm going to scream. They haven't seen jihad yet if they set foot near the people I love. I & every other American will blow them to Hades. That's exactly what they & the self-seeking, greedy, power-hungry jerks we have for leaders want...for us to fear them. Guess what? WE DON'T!

Iraq is not our country, never was. We do NOT belong there. Give them weapons to defend themselves & get out. According to those crying the loudest for us to stay, Iraqis are all wonderful people, right? So let the wonderful people run their own country, defend their country. It's THEIR freakin' country already, not our's.

I'm not sure if we will ever heal the damage done by entering Iraq. We've ticked off the whole world. Please think about this for a minute...you have grown up in (pick any country but America) & you read about this war start to finish. How would you view America? Would you see America as a self-seeking bully? Would you see America as a danger to other countries? After all, if America will attack for oil, what's next? I don't fear terrorists. I fear the destruction of the country I love by the jerks in charge of it.

Welcome new poster. But, I find some flaws in your commentary. Bush hasn't proven himself capable of making any "big boy decisions". Unless I missed something, Iraq did not attack us, Bin Laden and his terrorist network did. You are correct on the point of things getting more messy over there when we leave. That is old news, they have been fighting over there for thousands of years. We can't fix it. Iraqis are not coming here to fight, they simply want us out of their business. Thanks again for joining our little forum.

I almost forgot to address the topic of this thread. Normally to fear something you have to know at least a little bit about what you are supposedly fearing. Therefore, I think it would be impossible for Bush to fear God.

meanasa snake, come on now, you know there is only one deicider. It ain't Bush, but there is only one.

You reminded me of the difference between a leader and a committee. The Leader, God designed the horse, a noble and beautiful animal loved by all. He left the design of the camel up to a committee.

Joy, I want to add a well put to the comment of meanasasnake.

I wonder if those are the same military people who "knew" that as soon as we pulled out of South Vietnam that next all of Asia, Europe, and eventually the entire world would fall under brutal communist rule? They "knew" that if we didn't stay to "finish the job" there in Vietnam, that the fight would surely end up on American soil. I'm sure glad I live in a country where the military does not set our foreign policy. (At least that's the way it's supposed to work.) I love it how some people can "know" things about the future. And they sit around all thinking all day about their "foregone conclusions"......

Since we invaded Iraq, we have let our own country just go to pot... it is ALL in a mess, and I am just hoping we can recover, but I don't look for that to happen in my lifetime... too much, too quick.
