Big Grin Take breast or any peices you desire. Salt, Pepper and Papperica ( CANT SPELL) and if you want spicy cyenne pepper. If you want even spicier add hot sauce to buttermilk. Let rest 45 minutes to 1 hour or overnight better. Deep fry at 350 till done. Also I am cooking fresh purple hull peas and Sweet Pot casserole. YALL COME! Big Grin

.....It's just cornbread made in a black iron skillet the usual way, but hubby likes it thin and brown sort of like a big pancake. I made it too thick for a long time and he finally told me what he liked better, so I call it thin cornbread. Pretty good stuff according to him.
