All California needs to do in leading the nation in gun control is declare everyone in the state except, politicians, police, union members, movie makers, and illegals(who can not be dealt with) as mentally ill and incompetent. And they can say the people have voted for the same corrupt leaders for so long it is obvious that voters are not sane. Thus denying guns to anyone but the ruling class, as they wish to do, and do away with guns and avoiding the silly constitutional thing of allowing ownership. I bet any liberal will be for this if it does not apply to them.
