yes. here is the sum of it. man assaults female law called man runs, driving onto fl bld he enters off ramp to patton I B going wrong way speeds into MS off on river rd onto tva crosses wilson d onto cox crk then east on huntv rd then back to flv bld on to anna circles mall back to cox crk south on to flv bld west at this time the femalewhom he assaulted pulls along side officer in chase in her suv and joins chase once again circles mall back to CC to HRoad into riverside then cornered stops now at the time she joined in the chase was 15 min later he had to be on the phone to her the whole time they get him she pulls inthey were both drunk he caused many ppl to wreck during this chase. ( Ican here him on the phone , oh BABY i"m so sorry you got to help me ) I may have got the code wrong it may have been a mentally disturbed person not just drunk. anyway he is toast lets see FPD MSPD TVAPD . cant wait to see the paper

This is a prime example of how the pd should have just got his tag number and waited for his butt to come back. But instead made this stupid chase all around the shoals endangering lives of innocent bystanders for basically nothing. Not to mention getting the drunk woman involved and what accidents she could have caused in her stupidity.

But Harley, if he was drunk it would not have been any safer for the public for him to be allowed to ride off in the sunset. I would rather pay attention when Im driving and try to move out of the way when a police chase comes thru rather than the drunk be allowed to drive around as long as he wants.

If it was a newer GM vehicle, they could have called Onstar, had the car disabled and he couldn't drive at all.

They went by me so fast I really didn't get a look at the car...but it seemed like it was an older Baretta or Corsica...It was a GM.But not new enough for Onstar.

So what are they charging the idiot girlfriend that joined the chase with? She is the more stupid fool in this situation that endangered more lives. Alcohol makes you do stupid things but it sounds like these people were beyond stupid to begin with...................
