I was going down 43 North a few days ago & a motorcycle went flying past. There were cars in each lane in front of me. The motorcycle got so close to the car in the passing lane that if that car had to hit their brakes for some reason, he would have flipped over the car, possibly killing himself.
My heart goes out to this family that lost a loved one.

Black motorcycle that looked like an old Indian, perhaps?
It was a black motorcycle, not sure about the Indian part. Was that you?
Might have been, but I don't usually tailgate cars. It's just not a good idea. Black, fat-fendered bike with a lotta leather fringe hanging off of it woulda been me.
However, me being from the NYC area where bikers daily have to click mirrors with 18-wheelers while dodging potholes at 70MPH in bumper-to-bumper traffic, it's possible I could have been reverting back to my old NYC "Road Warrior" ways. All it takes is a 'twitch' to avoid death.
